This is the adorable Patti Playpal doll in the hard to find 18” size. She has a really pretty face with long brunette hair and her original red and white gingham dress with apron. Black shoes added. She also comes with an extra Hawaiian dress and lei that she wears on her hair. Her hair is somewhat dry. Body in good condition with some little marks. The first owner “Tina” put her name on Patti’s tummy. See pictures. It is faint. Nice sleep eyes. Good coloring. Limbs are firm and nice. A wonderful 1960s doll.
